Pangaea: Atlanta (CLOSED)

posted on March 9, 2006 at 12:17 pm

By no means a new find. I always pass by this place but have never been compelled to stop in. I heard that they had an interesting version of a banh mi sandwich and decided to get a taste. The sandwich was surprisingly good. The flavor of the pork was well-balanced. Tender and perfectly spiced. Fresh veggies and nice bread. I still prefer the authentic version but this place has a good one and a bunch of other nice options for a quick lunch.

Where can you find a good “authentic” one?

I like the Nhu y Deli version (they are located next to Dai Loi on Buford). 2 for 5 bucks. I have also heard that Lee’s Bakery makes a good one but have never been.

Thanks for the tip. Haven’t had one in ages.

Actually since I got time, in honor of WAP, let me do a quick thread of Black women from the past who were very raunchy.

Put headphones on.

Ready, lovelies?

Let's get it.
