Momofuku: New York

Went here for lunch today. Pretty cool set-up. Just a bunch of light wood counters with about 10 seats right in front of the chefs. I had the steamed heirloom pork buns, which were amazing. They had pickled cucumbers, a dab of hoisin, and this pork that tasted like carnitas. I also had a bowl of the pork neck ramen which had flash-fried swiss chard, thinly-sliced green onions, a poached egg, heavenly broth, and huge shanghai noodles. Would definitely go back…the menu is short but everything looked heavenly.
