Little Cake Bakery: Buckhead

I have given up my fight against doughnuts and cupcakes. I surrender. I have found my new favorite cupcake–thanks to a tip from a friend. The bakery has been open for about three weeks and the cupcakes are what I envision a perfect cupcake to be. Moist cake, fun flavors, and solid icing. The staff are also very friendly and the place just feels happy. I took a chocolate and peanut butter and a vanilla/vanilla to go. They were great! You cupcakes fiends should definitely check them out soon. You won’t be sorry.

I went to the Little Cake Bakery last week. You won’t be disappointed. Seriously the best cupcakes I’ve ever had!
I stumbled upon the “Little Cake Bakery” the first week they opened. I have been back every week since. These cupcakes are amazing!
I visited the little cake bakery 2 weeks ago and tried the chocolate malt cupcake, sooooo good !! i ended up buying keylime, choc choc, red velvet, and another one that had banana something to take home and share with my family!! By far the best cupcakes weve ever had. I later went back and got 20 cupcakes in different flavors for a party , they were the hit of the evening.l Ill never buy another cake for an event again, these cupcakes were the right size, a flavor for everyone, no cutting, no mess, and sinfully delicious!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The best bakery by far.. Everyone should visit them at least once A WEEK..!!
The best cupcakes that I have ever tasted. I love the key lime and red velvet. They were a hit at my sons birthday party, everyone loved them.
I have been to two Birthday parties recently and these cupcakes were served! The key lime and the red velvet are to die for! I have also placed an order for a baby shower, they really are THAT good!
I, unfortunately for my wallet and waistline, live within a stone’s throw of Little Cake, and visit them frequently. Yes, they are special little treats and worth every calorie.
I ordered these for my daughter’s 3rd birthday and they were FABULOUS! The hit of the party with the little girls and their moms!!! Perfect size, wonderful taste!!! GET SOME!!! You will love them!
So happy to hear you guys are enjoying them! I think they are becoming my favorite cupcake in Atlanta and a very evil temptation for my waistline…
Oh my goodness! My office is right across the street & we are all in trouble now. The boss brought us 3 boxes on Friday & now we know we will be there weekly.
Overall, they were good, but not the best I’ve ever had. The icing had left a Crisco aftertaste.
Ordered a $30 cupcake/birthday cake. It was so beautiful, but it was so poorly packaged that on my way home from the bakery, it slid in its packaging, fell onto its side and became a leaning mess. Upon calling the bakery when I got home, all they said was “sorry, the chef was getting ready to go home and there was nothing they could do to help” No offer of any kind was put forth. I have been a faithful customer since they opened, but I am afraid I will not be returning. For a cake like theirs, more secure packaging should be provided.
I was there awhile ago after BG’s article ran in Creative Loafing. I was rather disappointed with the cupcakes I got, which were a variety of flavors. A lot of these posts are pretty old, so maybe they’ve gone downhill.
