Koi Palace: Daly City

RESTAURANT REVIEW:

I could go into great depth about what makes Koi Palace my favorite dim sum spot in the country, but I’ll just let the photos do the talking. Simply put…the place is the best in the Bay. Don’t be fooled by imitators–rent a car and drive the 10 minutes out of the city. It is well worth the trip.

Insider tip: Call ahead and get a number to lessen the wait. The place can be like a Beijing train station–especially at peak hours.

Food is decent but service is non-existent.

There are many better dim sum options in the Bay Area.
