That’s a shame but it could also be a great opportunity for him.

Do you know anything more about the rumors concerning Dale Talde coming to Atlanta?

Haven’t heard any news about him coming here but there is buzz.

No big surprise there. The guy is a sham of a chef. He is more interested in celebrity than his craft. The meal I had at Home was a waste of money.

Blais was a great chef long before his celebrity. It is a shame that it took a TV show to bring that to the attention of our fair city. I hope we don’t lose another culinary mind to NYC.

Wow, Richard’s missive seems to be lacking a dash of humility. Yes, we all want creative freedom. But there is a balance that is required. Remember Blais, fame can be fleeting and you don’t want to come off as arrogant. Atlanta’s foodie community is not that big.*neither is the national scene. Be one of them not above them.

Wishing you well, hoping your dreams continue to grow. Remember it’s all about balance. Theater and great tasting food are the thing. Don’t lose site of that. BALANCE.

Enjoy your baby girl, enjoy your life and don’t work for corporate types in the future. You were not meant for it. Exposing them takes away from your passion too. So shine on, be humble and go for it!
