From the PR peeps:
Beginning Tuesday, September 15, Abattoir Chophouse, owned by chefs and restaurateurs Anne Quatrano and Clifford Harrison, will serve lunch Tuesday through Saturday in addition to their regular dinner hours. Located in White Provision, the restaurant features “whole animal cuisine,” a term referring to Quatrano’s use of every functional piece of the animal.
Reflecting the culinary team’s commitment to using local ingredients that create a truly unique dining experience, the menu features items to share such as Chicharrones and Chicken Gallontine with Traditional Garnishes, as well as “Food in a Jar” of Pickled Georgia White Shrimp and Potted Chicken Liver and Foie Gras with Armagnac. Vegetable selections include Confit of Mushrooms with Grilled Sourdough and Red Wine, while entrées include Grilled Swordfish with Wild Arugula and Tomatoes and Slow Roasted Pork with Farm Egg, Noodles and Brodo, as well as Grilled, Corned Lamb Kidney with Cornichons, Beer Braised Rabbit with Turnips and Dandeloins and Fried Chicken Livers with Sweet Pickled Onion Relish. Ending their meal on a sweet note, guests can indulge in desserts like Chocolate Crème Cookie with Malted Ice Milk and Maple Bacon Beignets, to name a few.
Abattoir is located at 1170 Howell Mill Road. The restaurant serves lunch and dinner Tuesday through Saturday from 12 p.m. to 11 p.m. For more information or to make a reservation, please visit or call 404.892.3335.
