Food Find: Super H Mart prepared Korean food

I would like to delude myself into thinking I am a great home cook with a strong skills when it comes to all cuisines, but let’s be real here…Asian foods are my arch-nemesis in the kitchen. I love pretty much every Asian cuisine and would kill to be able to reproduce some of my favorites at home. Sadly, my efforts normally turn into experiments if you know what I mean.

Since my Korean charcoal barbecue options are limited in Atlanta I decided to take matters into my own hands and bought some of the in-house marinated Korean meats and prepared panchan while checking out the new Super H Mart in Riverdale. I opted for the beef and the spicy pork and cooked it up on my new Weber grill–I think I am getting addicted to this grilling thing.

All of the flavors were spot-on and so satisfying. Sometimes being lazy can taste so very good…
