This is one of those places that I deeply regret not having visited earlier. My friend E. suggested we go over there for dinner last week and I am so glad she did. I don’t know why I had never been here before. I guess it just seemed out of the way. It is located in an unassuming warehouse near Emory University. The restaurant manages to be warm though. The staff was very welcoming and the menu was fabulous. I ordered the fried zucchini blossoms ( pictured above) which were stuffed with ricotta and herbs. They were perfectly fried…dry…just like they should be. So good. My friend ordered a raw summer squash salad with summer truffles. Good but the summer truffles were not giving off any aroma what so ever. We both got the Papparedelle with roasted chanterelles. This was my favorite of the night. A perfect portion size and just a mess of lemony, buttery, mushroom goodness. Worth going back for alone. I can definitely say this place is in my top 5 Atlanta restaurants and I will be going back over and over. You should check it out if you have not already.
