Da Chicago Dog: Atlanta (Closed)

posted on February 19, 2006 at 7:02 pm

RESTAURANT REVIEW:
My Sis and I were on our way back from downtown on Friday and needed a quick bite. We stopped into Da Chicago Dog for some grub. I was tempted to get the hot dog but got the Italian Beef instead. My Sis got the sausage and pepper sandwich (pictured). My sandwich was good…spicy peppers, mustard and onions. The beef was a bit underseasoned but good quality. The sausage and peppers were better. I will be returning to try one of those famous Chicago dogs. They have many other options including burgers, fruit salad and baked goods (I overheard some folks in line talking about how good they were).

The beef here is decent, of course you can get better in Chicago, but at least the bread is right and they’ll soak it til you can’t pick it up anymore. It definitely hits the spot when I’m overcome with homesickness.

Actually since I got time, in honor of WAP, let me do a quick thread of Black women from the past who were very raunchy.

Put headphones on.

Ready, lovelies?

Let's get it.
