The fate of the mom-and-pop coffee shop seemed etched in stone. Starbucks’ aggressive real estate strategy installed locations on every city block worldwide and hit us over the head with branding. Door 44 competes as one of the newest spots to open in the already club-heavy Midtown. But this self-proclaimed “ultralounge,” located in the old Nomenclature space, has a bit more of an edge and plenty of sex appeal. Read the rest here…

    oh thank you so much for reviewing the Tassa Roti Shop! It is about 5 minutes from my house and I have been wanting to try it out forever! Now I can’t wait to go!
